For a firm reservation, a 25% deposit of the total rental is generally required. Account details for the transfer will be provided to you immediately. The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer a few days before arrival. Once the deposit is received in the bank account, you'll receive your booking confirmation and all information regarding key handover from us.
If you simply cancel your reservation, the deposit will be retained. If a cancellation occurs more than 60 days before your planned arrival, we'll refund the deposit or a portion of it if we can find a replacement guest for the cancelled travel period or part of it.
Exceptions to this rule are possible, for example, in the case of a legal ordinance that prevents travel. In this situation, we'll work with you to find a solution. A credit of the deposit for a future arrival on a different date is possible, or a refund in special cases.
We don't require a security deposit when booking our apartments. However, we ask that you report any damage so we can repair it and ensure the holiday accommodation is in perfect condition for the next guests.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the holiday accommodation. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas such as terraces, balconies, and gardens.
- Night rest must be observed.
- Arrival with a pet is only possible in some holiday accommodations and must be discussed with us in advance. If you travel with a pet, a small additional final cleaning fee will be charged.
- The indicated prices include electricity, water, internet, towels, and bed line
- Each holiday accommodation has its own internet connection and does not need to be shared with other guests as in a hotel.
